Selling your Boise home

Selling a home you have lived in for years is more than a transaction.

You have countless memories there, and probably a project or two you never quite finished. My job is to help you see it the way a buyer will, and to get you the best result without the process feeling like a second job. Most of that work happens before your home ever hits the market.

  1. 1Finding the right price

We will walk through your home together, and I will show you what is actually selling nearby and why. Pricing is part data and part knowing this market, and you will understand the why behind every number.

  2. 2Getting it ready

Presentation matters more than almost anything, and the smallest changes often make the biggest difference. We will decide together what is worth fixing and what is not, and I will coordinate my trusted vendors and keep it all moving, so you are not managing it on top of everything else.

  3. 3Introducing it to the market

Professional photos, a description that tells the story of your home, and an intentional plan for our first week on the market, when buyers are paying the most attention.

  4. 4Negotiating on your behalf

When offers come in, I will walk you through each one, including the terms that matter as much as the price. After 2,251 contracts, I know most deals are won or lost at inspection, so I am advocating for your best interests from my first phone call with the buyer's agent all the way through inspection and the final walkthrough.

  5. 5All the way to closing day

My transaction coordinator and I keep track of every deadline and detail, and you will always know what comes next. You can focus on your move while we take care of the rest.

Selling and buying at the same time

This is most of my business. Contingent offers, rent-backs, bridge options, and timing the two closings so you are not left homeless in between. We map it out before we list.

What is your home worth?

Within one business day, I will send you a report of what is selling in your neighborhood. For a true value, I will need to see your home in person, so I can account for your updates, your floor plan, and everything that makes it unique.
