Boise raised.
Detail obsessed.

I am a sixth-generation Idahoan and a real estate broker in Boise and Meridian. I graduated high school earlier than most, needed a job, and at 17 started assisting the top agent in town. It was sink or swim. I swam, and I saw more transactions in those first years than most agents see in a decade.

I spent a few years in San Diego, where I became COO of a foreclosure company during the 2008 crash. In 2008 alone we sold 792 bank-owned homes. Behind many of those files were people who had been given bad advice, offered loans they never should have been offered, or never had anyone explain what they were signing.

That stayed with me.

It is why I read the fine print, explain the parts most people skim, and tell my clients the hard thing before it becomes an expensive thing. I came home to Boise in 2009 and have been here since.

How I work

The right thing, every time

I do the right thing even when it costs me. My grandfather taught me that trust is earned, it can be lost in one decision, and you may never get it back.

Mad Dog, then little bulldog

Growing up, my baseball coach called me Mad Dog. Years later, a longtime client started calling me her little bulldog. Apparently there is a theme. When it comes to protecting my clients, I do not let go.

The truth, even the hard parts

I tell you the truth about your house, your price, and your offer, including the parts you would rather not hear.

Relationships win deals

Relationships with other agents win deals. I protect mine, because they work for you.

Who I love working with

People selling one home and buying the next at the same time, and longtime homeowners who are ready to rightsize. I am patient by nature, and the big decisions deserve it.

My partner and our brokerage

My business partner, Nick Smith, and I have worked together for 15 years. Together we own JPAR Live Local, a brokerage in Meridian. For you, that means a whole office of agents I train and work alongside every day. When I list your home, they are among the first to know, and when they hear about an opportunity that fits you, I hear about it too.

Outside of work

You will find me at F45 or at Sunday brunch. I have traveled a lot, still try to fit in one international trip a year, and come home grateful for this valley every time.
